50 Years of MIDAS – an Anniversary Full of Encounters,
Memories and Outlooks
Half a century of MIDAS – and that called for a proper celebration! On the anniversary day, numerous partners, customers and long-time companions gathered in the Esperanto Hall in Fulda to look back on 50 years of company history and take a glimpse into the future.
Already in the afternoon, the in-house exhibition from 12 to 4 p.m. offered exciting insights into new products and technical innovations. In a personal atmosphere, inspiring conversations, fresh ideas and valuable impulses emerged through the exchange with customers and suppliers.
In the evening, the celebration began with an elegant champagne reception in the foyer, before the guests were invited into the festively decorated hall in 1970s style – matching MIDAS’s founding year. There, the managing directors Marco Schneider and Elena Jakobson warmly welcomed their partners and gratefully reflected on the company’s journey in their speech. Afterwards, the new image video was presented, which impressively showcased through our customers’ personal impressions and experiences what has shaped MIDAS over the past five decades.
With a rich buffet and lively conversations, a special atmosphere of gratitude, joy and togetherness filled the room. A spectacular fireworks display transformed the night sky over Fulda into a sea of colors – a truly emotional highlight of the evening.
Afterwards, a live band kept the celebration going with music, dancing and laughter! ✨
With this special day, MIDAS looks back with gratitude on five decades of successful collaboration – and forward with confidence to a future where quality, partnership and innovation will continue to be at the heart of everything we do.
